Values
Glorify- Is this bringing God greater glory, honor, worship, and praise?
-
"For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?" For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen. -Romans 11:34-36 ESV
-
“Man’s chief end is to glorify God, and enjoy Him forever.” Westminster Confession of Faith
Reach- Does this contribute to winning and leading others to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ?
-
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age. - Matthew 28:19-20 ESV
-
The church exist for nothing else but to draw men into Christ, to make them little Christ. If they are not doing that, all the cathedrals, clergy, missions, sermons, even the Bible itself, are simply a waste of time. God became Man for no other purpose. -C.S. Lewis
-
If all churches were engaged in perennial evangelism, I don't think there would ever be need for a person like me. -Billy Graham
Adhere- How am I adhering to God's instruction and will?
-
And by this we know that we have come to know him, if we keep his commandments. Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him, -1 John 2:3-4
-
Being a Christian is less about cautiously avoiding sin than about courageously doing God's will. -Dietrich Bonhoeffer
Develop- Is this an opportunity to rise and influence others? Are we developing the future leaders of the church?
-
Remember your leaders, those who spoke to you the word of God. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith. -Hebrews 13:7
-
Spiritual leadership is knowing where God wants people to be and taking the initiative to get them there by God’s means in reliance on God’s power. -John Piper
Serve- Will this be a chance to serve and minister to others?
-
And he answered, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself." -Luke 10:27
-
What does love look like? It has the hands to help others. It has the feet to hasten to the poor and needy. It has eyes to see misery and want. It has the ears to hear the sighs and sorrows of men. That is what love looks like. -Augustine
Sunday Morning- 10:00 AM-11:00 AM

Sunday Evening- 5:00 PM-7:00 PM
Sunday evening service will be both a deeply relational time, but also doctrinal. We will share a meal together and begin our lesson. This is open to all students.
